Medical Product Repair Centres

All facilities are audited by Pentax and authorised to perform high level repairs and replacement on the Pentax and other brands of Scopes and systems. Only factory supplied spare parts and tool and test equipment is utilised in the repair process of each item. Once again, as is our policy, these repair centres are utilised in quiet times as facilities for the training and upgrading of knowledge of our new and experienced engineers. Strict receiving and despatch sterilisation processes are utilised to ensure that our customer products are safe to use once received back from our repair centres. Whilst entry to these repair centres is strictly prohibited to visitor’s we encourage our customers to visit our facility and view the repair processes from behind large windows and in a safe environment.
